A single memory unit — the core data structure for the mem0-compatible layer.
All optional fields default to None for migration safety.
Fields§
§id: Option<RecordId>§content: StringThe raw content of the memory.
embedding: Option<Vec<f32>>Vector embedding of content using the active embedding provider dimensions.
scope: MemoryScopeScoping level — determines who can retrieve this memory.
memory_type: MemoryTypeCognitive type — influences search ranking and decay strategy.
user_id: Option<String>Optional user identifier for user-scoped memories.
session_id: Option<String>Optional session identifier for session-scoped memories.
agent_id: Option<String>Optional agent identifier for agent-scoped memories.
task_stream_id: Option<RecordId>Optional TaskStream this memory belongs to.
categories: Vec<String>Taxonomy tags — mem0-compatible categories.
metadata: Option<Value>Arbitrary JSON metadata.
token_count: Option<u32>Estimated token count of content (used for context budgeting).
importance: f32Importance score 0.0–1.0. Higher = surfaces first in context windows.
access_count: u32Number of times this memory has been accessed.
last_accessed_at: Option<Datetime>Last time this memory was returned in a search result.
valid_until: Option<Datetime>Optional TTL — memory is considered expired after this timestamp.
version: u32Incremented on every update; used for history tracking.
