A single numbered citation marker referencing one retrieved RAG chunk.
marker is the 1-based number that appears in the assistant’s response
text as [marker] (e.g. marker: 1 for [1]). Carried on the wire by
NormalizedEvent::RagCitations and constructed by
crate::uar::rag::citation_stream::CitationStream.
Fields§
§marker: usize1-based marker number, matching the [n] shown in the response text.
chunk_id: StringID of the retrieved knowledge chunk this marker attributes to.
document_id: Option<String>ID of the source document (if the chunk was ingested from one).
knowledge_base_id: Option<String>ID of the knowledge base that produced the retrieved chunk.
document_name: StringHuman-readable document name (filename, or a fallback label).
relevance_score: f32Retrieval relevance score (0.0-1.0-ish, retriever-dependent).
snippet: StringShort snippet of the cited chunk’s content, for the hover panel.
