- Windows without WSL for anything the pack runs.
- Node.js LTS (>=22) is the only script runtime.
- No shell scripts, no Python, anywhere.
- OpenSpec native and default; no ZeeSpec.
- Exactly two resident services, Docker-managed on Windows: surreal-memory and the liter-llm gateway.
- Fits in 16 GB RAM.
