Tauri desktop and mobile

The universal Tauri example shares one React/Vite domain and graph across desktop, Android, and iOS. Platform conditionals remain at native adapter and capability boundaries. SQLite/localStorage persistence, an offline queue, lifecycle handling, deep links, and permission denial have recorded evidence.
