Maps Prisma-style relation declarations from PrismaEntityConfigOptions into a single EntitySchema for registerSchema / cascade invalidation. hasMany uses listKeyPrefix: (id) => [targetType, { [foreignKey]: id }]. manyToMany uses localArrayField: foreignKey and a stable listKeyPrefix of [targetType, relationName, id].
